Quercus delivered a new build extension at Eldon Building, Portsmouth, creating a modern Art & Design space. The 14-month fit-out featured Fermacell wall linings, partitions, bulkheads, feature plasterboard lighting, acoustic solutions, and Hunter Douglas timber ceilings, ensuring a functional and inspiring learning environment.
Scope –New build extension to existing building forming a new Art and Design space within the existing Eldon Building. Fit out included Fermacell wall linings, partitions, and bulkheads. Feature plasterboard lighting details and coffers. Acoustic solutions to teaching area and circulation spaces. Corridor timber Hunter Douglas ceiling systems.
