Scope – To fit out the colleges Refectory, Reception, Offices and Teaching spaces. New meeting rooms, open plan areas, feature ceilings, new flooring, new partitions were installed. Bespoke joinery items, new M&E packages, and furniture. New entrance area and glazing throughout. Completed throughout the Summer shutdown- so timeframes where strict and critical to be on time for the Autumn term.
