Quercus completed a 25,000 sqft refit of Level 3, Wings A-D in a live office environment, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. The project included new tea points, meeting rooms, LED lighting, CAT 6 data, fire compartmentalisation, partitions, feature acoustic ceilings, and a full M&E package. Working alongside Portsdown, we furnished all floors, delivering a functional and modern workspace over 32 weeks.
Scope –Complete refit of level 3 – wings A,B, C and D. New teapoints, meeting rooms, new M&E package, new flooring, LED lighting, CAT 6 Data, Fire compartmentalisation, partitions, feature ceilings including acoustic solutions, Furniture to all floors (provided by our trusted furniture partner Portsdown). This project also included phased plans as it was a live office, so our design team worked alongside the project team to make the transition as easy as possible with little disturbance to the company’s everyday business.
