Quercus converted a 10,000 sqft CAT A space in London’s Monument Building into a modern gym, featuring new partition walls, acoustic MF suspended ceilings, bespoke lighting, flooring, and custom carpentry. The fit-out also included washrooms, showers, changing rooms, and a full M&E system installation. Delivered in 3 months, the project blends functionality with high-end fitness design.
Scope – To convert existing Cat A environment into new Gym layout. Includes new partition walls, wall linings, lighting detail within acoustic MF Suspended Ceilings, floor coverings, carpentry, finishes and decorations. To fit out washrooms and showers, changing rooms and instal a new M&E system.
