When you work with Quercus, you will be assigned a project director and a dedicated team that includes project managers, designers, surveyors, M&E and technical consultants. This team will work with you from the very beginning, from understanding the brief, through space planning and detailed design, to site management and project handover.
The Project Manager manages the project on site and holds regular meetings with subcontractors to ensure that all elements of the work are coordinated, the schedule is met, and there is continuous quality control performed throughout the construction phase, not just at the end.
The Project Manager will conduct all required health and safety inspections and liaise with the Building Inspectorate to ensure all elements of the work meet workplace standards and regulations. Regular client meetings are scheduled to keep you informed of progress so you can see the project evolve.
