Quercus reimagined a 4,000 sqft Grade II listed building in Southsea, creating a bar and restaurant with distinct spaces, including a bar area, lounge/library, and Atrium restaurant. The project involved a full strip-out, new partitions, a catering kitchen, garden design, bespoke joinery, flooring, lighting, WCs, and M&E works. Completed in 4 months, the transformation blends heritage charm with modern hospitality.

Scope Looking at a Grade II listed building in central Southsea, our client asked up to create a design for a bar and restaurant with different areas for guests to enjoy. These ranged from the bar area, a lounge/library and the Atrium restaurant. Along with the design was a complete strip out of the existing fitout, new partitions, new catering kitchen, garden design, bespoke joinery, flooring, lighting, WC design, furniture and finishes and decoration and M&E works.
